Nicely done, the stippled pencil effect is very nice. You could maybe increase the definition to the left of her face (her right) as the large area of white gives the image a washed-out look and forces the eye to the darker top right of the picture, taking away any impact the picture could've had. Another idea, you could include the original photo alongside the sketch to show your accuracy. Just a thought.
